Spramp Tweets 6

I am obsessed with Twitter! Here is my day in tweets, just for you:

  • 09:46 I got de-twitted by someone who is following over 10,000 people. I kinda feel offended by that. Boo! So I de-twitted him. #
  • 09:49 Anyway: Will donate $ to help relief efforts at the 2 major Asian disasters. Looking at Mercy Corps (www.mercycorps.org). #
  • 09:53 One of my fave artists has died: Robert Rauschenberg (tinyurl.com/5k6ewr). :( #
  • 11:51 Still in my pajamas. Going to start my day soon. Need to start writing next chapter (or at least conceptualizing it more) today. #
  • 12:24 I blame the low barimeteric pressure for the way I'm feeling today. #
  • 13:28 Listening to: せかいに日とすだけのはな by SMAP. I feel slightly nostalgic and a bit happier than I was two minutes ago. J-POP so cheesy, but so good. #
  • 13:31 Away calls. More reading, more thinking, more synaptic misfirings... ciao bella/o. #
  • 15:31 I think the barista made me a non-decaffeinated cappuccino. I'm am freaking wired like no one's business! It's an unsettling feeling. Grrrrr #
  • 15:40 Or it might have been the two chocolate frosting covered cupcakes I inhaled. Wow, this place is packed! It must be the weather. #
  • 15:42 This dude sitting next to me is typing code like a maniac! It's totally turning me on. #
  • 16:09 I just noticed that everyone in here is using a Mac latop. There's something comforting about that. #
  • 16:37 Ugh, I'm really feeling gross all-of-a-sudden. Vertigo. #
  • 17:07 @ngl Yes, I think you should. #
  • 17:16 @ngl I'm just encouraging dialogue. Mull it over then engage. #
  • 17:18 I just read this: "For Clinton to overtake Obama, she'd have to win 172 of those delegates or 91%." (www.dailykos.com). Go Obama! #
  • 17:22 @ngl I'm frightened by people's regressive logic. *cringe* #
  • 17:24 @ngl It's a heavy debate to have. :) #
  • 17:30 @ngl hmmm...i might be a tad confused. ack. are you againsst it? #
  • 17:34 @ngl Oh, I don't mean for you to debate this point with me right now. My simple point: dialogue=good; questioning=good; dogma=sometimes bad. #
  • 17:38 @ngl Very weird. I don't know. I should read up on it. #
  • 17:42 @ngl I, oddly enough, have that compulsion to attempt to persuade folks. Maybe it's the militant in me? Or maybe it's because I'm a teacher? #
  • 17:51 @ngl Being a teacher has made me more patient. Lol. #
  • 17:57 @ngl While it's been awhile since I've put myself in reach of police paddy wagons, I still think my activist projects are effective. #
  • 18:04 @ngl I was a passionately "loud person" back in the day. But with age, comes quiet. LOL. #
  • 18:11 @ngl I'm totally old. Lol. #
  • 18:17 @ngl Yup, I'm a hot old(er) man. Lol. #
  • 18:38 @ngl Age is all a state of mind. I saw a guy todayat the cafe who had a mohawk and wore skinny jeans. He was well past 60. Good for him! #
  • 18:42 @jnogueira It's interesting isn't it? LOL. #
  • 18:44 @ngl Time to abandon with expectations! No pressure, despite what "our" audience might think. :) #
  • 18:54 It ends with me eating dinner. And trying to feel better. I feel quite off still. #
  • 19:09 @ngl Yah, I have some issues with caffeine. But I've felt off all day even before my non-decaf mess. I just inhaled my dinner. Back on sofa. #
  • 19:10 Trying to recover on my sofa ... I feel like a hot tranny mess right now. #
  • 19:13 @ngl Isn't it early morning in Lisbon? What are you doing still awake? #
  • 19:23 @ngl if you were old (like me) you'd be getting to bed early (like I do). lol. your schedule sounds like a college student's. #

  • 19:40 @ngl Oh he's cute ... Here in Seattle, everyone, I feel, sports a beard. It's so distracting. #

  • 19:53 @ngl I look funny with facial hair, so I shave pretty regularly. I'll leave to others to grow 'em out. #
  • 19:58 @ngl I think people reading this might have their eyebrows raised at us. Yes, it's all very interesting, very random, but pretty fun. :) #
  • 19:59 @ngl If our conversation doesn't attract more followers, then I don't know what will. LOL. #
  • 20:05 @ngl Aww ... when you put it that way - that's so sad. I want to exist! *dramatic moment* #
  • 20:09 @ngl that's so funny - I've searched for it, among other esoteric things. But yah, I'm sure you're right. #
  • 20:13 @ngl I need a Twitter hiatus already. So what happens when one connects to other people and Twitter becomes too limited? #
  • 20:15 @ngl Do followers perpetually remain followers? Or do meaningful connections get played out outside of the Twitter platform? I wonder. #
  • 20:18 @ngl I'd like to believe that Twitter has the ability to sustain connections without having to resort to other platforms. #
  • 20:27 @ngl I'm sure there are geeks working on all these issues as we speak. #
  • 21:06 Headache - searching for Tylenol. #
